Driving NC II teaches the competencies required to operate light motor vehicles (under LTO Restriction Codes 1 & 2), including transporting passengers and goods over specified routes, complying with traffic rules and regulations, and performing basic vehicle servicing and minor repairs. It includes core skills in driving, obeying traffic laws, vehicle maintenance, emergency procedures, safety practices, and workplace communication.

This program focuses on skills and competencies for safely operating articulated/heavy-duty vehicles (e.g., tractor-trailers) under LTO restriction codes 6–8. It also includes minor maintenance, pre-/post-operation checks, safety compliance, and advanced driving tasks.

Designed to develop competencies in planning, organizing, and managing events, this NC III course covers event planning services (proposals, concepts, program design, venue/site selection), on-site management, contractor coordination, and professional protocols according to industry standards.

The Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II qualification from TESDA consists of competencies for operating a forklift, including inspection, basic preventive maintenance, and lifting/handling loads in construction or industrial sites. It is a 156-hour training course (often 181 hours in some curricula) designed to produce certified forklift operators.
