This course covers the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to coordinate and manage small to medium-scale events such as meetings, conferences, conventions, exhibitions, and social functions. It includes planning event concepts, coordinating suppliers and logistics, preparing event proposals and budgets, supervising event operations, and evaluating event outcomes.

This qualification covers the competencies required to operate a forklift for loading, unloading, transferring, and stacking materials in warehouses, ports, construction sites, and industrial facilities. It includes pre-operation inspection, safe forklift operation, load handling procedures, workplace safety compliance, and basic preventive maintenance.
